Adult Education

Adults, please remember that the celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation is not a graduation from our Religious Education. Education is continuing throughout our entire lives. With this in mind, we will announce Bible study and other adult education classes as they become available.  We have two offerings this fall.

Adult Education NEWS:

There will be a Catholic Adult Formation class coming to Sacred Heart this spring!  The Diocesan Office of Religious Education and Formation is coming to teach the a class in the Catholic Adult Formation – New Testament!  This is a 16 hour class, which will be taught over four Saturdays on February 16, March 16, April 20, and May 18.  Call now to reserve your space!  There will be a $48 fee for the class which includes the cost of the book.  Scholarships are available based on your ministry to the parish, but the course is open to all.  To register, contact Debbie in the office.

Wednesday Nite Adult R.E. is a monthly adult faith gathering open to any and all adults in both our parish and civil community without cost or need to buy and materais.

Wednesday evening sessions will be a repeat of the First Tuesday gathering. Sessions will be held in the church beginning at 6:30 P.M. sharp and concluding no later than 7:30 P.M. This allows parents to drop off their children in time for the child's call to start on time as well as giving parents time to pick up their child from class.
